Transparent rules for multi-day cab tours

These policy blocks are editable by GoCarBook admin, so customers always see the current operating rules for long tours.

Driver allowance

Driver allowance is charged per day for outstation and long tour bookings unless included in a confirmed package.

Night charges may apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM or as per the route plan.

Toll taxes, FASTag deductions and entry fees are payable as actuals unless a package explicitly includes them.

Parking charges at airports, stations, hotels and sightseeing points are payable as actuals.

Waiting beyond the included grace period may be billed hourly based on the selected vehicle rule.

Cancellation charges depend on notice period, vehicle assignment and vendor policy. Support will confirm before deduction.

Extra kilometers beyond the confirmed itinerary are billed using the selected vehicle per-km rule.

State permit, border tax and green tax are billed as actuals unless included in writing.

For multi-day tours, driver stay or allowance is required where overnight halt is involved.
